CYBERJAYA, 14 November 2019 – With its efforts of high-quality delivery, ABX Express walked home with not one but two awards during the E- Commerce Delivery Awards 2019 hosted by Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
For the past 35 years, ABX Express has been one of the heavy contenders in the courier industry. Over 100 branches operating across the nation and in the support of over 1,500 employees, ABX Express is continuously striving for improvement and now with the awards to support it.
The Best Customer Service Award was measured by a 3rd party, which had been appointed by MCMC. They were measured based on levels of friendliness, helpfulness, politeness, responsiveness, knowledge and problem solving.
Best Improvement Award, MCMC made a comparison between previous years result and this year’s performance. As the results concluded that ABX Express was the highest improved and was chosen to receive the award.
